Dim Sums are small tidbits, often served at Hong-Kong styled lunches (Yum Char). They can be small buns or dumplings, or any bite-sized Asian canapes. Siumai is one of the most common (and most delicious!) dim sums. The pork or chicken fillings are wrapped in traditional thin pastry and steamed, for an amazing taste sensation.
We updated the classic recipe for Pork and Prawn Suimai for the Kiwi tastebuds to rave reviews everywhere. They are available in 24g pieces.
