Dim Sum 

Dim Sums are small tidbits, often served at Hong-Kong styled lunches (Yum Char). They can be small buns or dumplings, or any bite-sized Asian canapes. The most common are Siumai, which has pork or chicken fillings steamed inside a open wrapper; and Har Gao, prawn dumplings steamed in translucent and delicate rice pastry.
